Come and check out the supports that you can access through Student Services at NAEC:

 

Cooperative Education:

Did you know you can earn high school credits and gain valuable job skills at the same time?  Come down to Student Services and meet our Cooperative Education teacher, Mr. Hasler, to discuss how Cooperative Education (COOP) can fit into your high school program.

 

Adolescent Care Worker:

Having difficulties at home, work, school, or friends?  Our Adolscent Care Worker, Loretta Gaffney can help you navigate through your challenges as well as help you access other supports that you may need.  

 

Guidance Counsellor:

Need to change a course?  Wondering what your secondary future holds?  Ms. Yanch, your Guidance Counsellor will help you through the challenges of course changes, applying to college and university and making it through high school and on to the next chapter in your life.

 

Student Success Teacher:

Keeping track of your sucesses and challenges, our Student Success Teacher, Mrs. Hasler, works with students and staff to ensure that all students are successful and complete high school

 

Learning Program Support Teacher:

Do you have a unique learning need?  An IEP? Mrs. Goodfellow is available for help supporting students with IEPs and who require other special education services.

 

School to Community Teacher:

Our School to Community Teacher, Mrs. Kellar, is there to support and provide programming for students who receive School to Community Services.
